Démarches nécessaires pour l'obtention d'un visa à fin de réaliser un stage non rémunéré au Mexique
L’intéressé doit déposer personnellement son dossier à la Section Consulaire de l’Ambassade, du lundi au vendredi, de 9h00 à 12h00. Aucun dossier reçu par courrier ne pourra être examiné.
Les pièces à fournir pour la constitution du dossier sont les suivantes :
1.Passeport avec une validité d´au moins six mois.
2.Une photocopie des pages du passeport contenant la photo, les données du titulaire, la validité et, le cas échéant, des visas en vigueur.
3.La Convention de Stage, avec une photocopie. Si le stage est rémunéré, la société au Mexique doit demander l’autorisation correspondant auprès de l'Institut National de Migration en indiquant d’envoyer l’autorisation à la Section Consulaire de l’Ambassade du Mexique en France. Si la convention n’est pas signée et tamponnée par toutes les parties, présentez les attestations marquées aux points d). et e).
4.Original et photocopie de l'attestation de la société au Mexique en se portant garant du stagiaire pendant son séjour au Mexique. La période et les activités à réaliser doivent également être indiquées.
5.Original et photocopie de l'attestation de l’université française qui présente l’étudiant, et qui indique le nom et l’adresse de la société d’accueil, la période, l’objet, et l’activité du stagiaire.
6.Justificatif de situation financière. Les candidats doivent présenter des justificatifs attestant que leur situation financière leur permet de faire un stage au Mexique (par exemple : lettre de prise en charge par les parents, accompagnée d'une attestation de revenus des parents ou de la personne responsable de l'élève, avec une photocopie). Tout stagier doit justifier d'un revenu minimal équivalent à US$ 300,00 par mois.
7.Deux photos d´identité identiques et récentes.
8.Un formulaire de demande de visa, dûment rempli et signé.
9.Frais de visa. Pour les ressortissants de l'Union européenne, les frais de visa sont d’environ 100,00 €. Pour d’autres nationalités dont le visa est payant, ces frais sont d'environ 140,00 €. Le tarif exact pour le mois en cours est affiché au Service de Visas.
Important: Dans certains cas, pour des ressortisants non-français, l'Ambassade devra faire parvenir une demande d’autorisation de visa à l’Institut National de Migration. Cette autorisation est également obligatoire si le stage se déroule dans une organisation non gouvernemental. Le délai d’autorisation étant variable, il est conseillé de déposer le dossier deux mois à l’avance.
Si le demandeur de visa réside en dehors de la région parisienne, et qu'il souhaite recevoir à son domicile son passeport visé et le livret FM3, il devra joindre à son dossier le moyen d'envoi de son choix, par exemple : une enveloppe affranchie, accompagnée du bordereau de la poste pour un courrier recommandé, dûment libellés à ses nom et adresse (destinataire et expéditeur).
Le dépôt du dossier de demande de visa n’entraîne en aucun cas l’obligation de la part de l’Ambassade du Mexique de délivrer un visa. L’Ambassade se réserve le droit de ne pas délivrer de visa
